The title says it all!
Life couldn't be better right now, and well we are doing fantastic. I will but it in bullet points to get to the point!:)
- Oshkosh Corporation got the contract!! This means two things! Shannon's last TWO years of work has paid off! My husband is incredible at what he does and is very much appreciated at his place of work. (between him and Adam their work made up 43% of what the contract was based on) --Yes, he is skilled!
- Work is going absolutely amazing! I work with some wonderful fellow nurses, and it makes my job and transition easier. I won't lie, it is incredibly overwhelming, but it is worth it in every aspect. I am taking two patients (which is usually the max in ICU, depending on Acuity), doing everything and well learning so much. Tomorrow we have a cardioversion scheduled.
- Rampage is doing wonderfully, and some how has managed to wiggle his way into our bed at night. He steals covers, and hogs the bed . . .. he snores incredibly LOUD and he kicks when he is sleeping . . . . but, he is just so cute!
- I am doing a wedding in September, cupcakes of course with a 8x8 cake to top it off . . It is Brennan and Emily Lewis's wedding:) Very excited!
- I have a birthday to do in September too for a former co-worker's daughter!
- And another wedding, which thankfully isn't for another year, but still:)
